Of all the medical relationships we may encounter over the years, I think the bond we women establish with our OB/GYN physician is the most profound. Yesterday, during my annual "well woman" check-up, I found myself reflecting on all the many life changes and situations my doctor has shared with our family over the years. Then I came home and wrote about them.

I had no idea that's where K got her middle name. Thought I was going to get to meet Dr. Lacey yesterday, finally, until I was told I was a month early for my appointment.

ReplyDeleteAs for OB/GYNs, I love mine and told her I stress more over going to the dentist. She laughed because her sister IS a dentist and my doctor always tells her that dental patients hate their doctors more than OB/GYN patients do. So true!
Hahaha, Cindy - you just added more fodder for that sibling rivalry!
