Kids

Today I thought it would be fun to share some more quotes with you, and what better subject than “kids”?  Hope these famous (and some not quite so famous) remarks give you something to ponder throughout the day and maybe even bring a smile to your face.

Have a lovely day!

“There is always some kid who may be seeing me for the first time. I owe him my best. – Joe DiMaggio

“When I was a kid, my mother told me that if you could not be a good loser, then there's no way you could be a good winner. – Halle Berry

“When your mother is mad and asks you, ‘Do I look stupid?’ it's best not to answer her.” - Megham, age 13

“If your mom picks your clothes and you dislike them, tell her they don't fit.” - Christie, age 12

“My grandmother can say more in a sentence than a college professor can say in an hour and a half.” - Angela, age 14

“The older you get, the harder your parents try to keep you little.” - Emily, age 16

“Brothers are annoying until they get a car.” - Leslie, age 12

"You have to love your children unselfishly. That is hard. But it is the only way." – Barbara Bush

"An aware parent loves all children he or she interacts with - for you are a caretaker for those moments in time. – Doc Childre

    1. Denise, I'm so glad you enjoyed! I think the last one and Bill Gates's quote are my faves. Although Red Skelton's is pretty cute!

  4. I hadn't seen the majority of these quotes; all good ones. Liked Red Skeleton's one; isn't that the truth that kids resist going to bed? Thanks for sharing :)
